I was brought in to help REALTORS® better communicate the Relola product, which helps Agents leverage local knowledge and harvest social media data. We audited and injected more communicative language and brand personality via topographical shapes, small-town components, and a brand-forward color scheme, conveying Relola's core value prop: amplifying REALTORS® local expertise. Initial marketing clarity raised the app store rating to 4.7 stars, while improvements to onboarding walkthroughs reduced pre-oAuth bounce by ~18% in testing. Our fun, illustrative convention booth engaged the business community, and a polished digital presentation secured REALTORS® partnership over competitors Trulia and Redfin.

Relola technology helps Realtors disrupt paid marketing media by sharing hyper-local real estate expertise. To tell the product story at the Realtors Annual Conference, every corner of the Relola booth was designed to get Realtors thinking about what makes their community special.
